Possibilities

The possibilities of open flame and oven systems of rotational molding are truly limitless. These systems can accommodate products of almost every dimension, large or small, simple or complex. Rotational molding creates parts from thermo-plastics, utilizing heat and no pressure.

  1. First, powdered resin is loaded into a metal mold.
  2. The mold is heated to the appropriate fusing temperature as it is rotated.

  • Uniform wall thickness and radiused corners which fill in to a greater thickness.
  • Parts are stress-free since no pressure is used in the heating process.
  • We design all our own burners and can spot heat to create the thickness precisely where we want it.
  • Able to make adjustments right on the spot and customize each burner to the needs of that product.
  • We do the pre-production ourselves and therefore need little lead time.
  • Our rotational molders produce products as large as 2.6 metres in diameter and 3.66 metres in length. (8.5 ft x 12 ft)
